1. Description of Service

BITXETH is a remote management tool for a cloud-based cryptocurrency mining service. We provide access to real, physical mining machines located in our private data centers. The App allows you to rent these machines, monitor their performance, and receive cryptocurrency payouts. No mining is performed on your mobile device. Your device serves solely as an interface to our cloud service.


2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address for payouts.
  • Use the App and our service for lawful purposes only.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the App's functionality or our cloud mining infrastructure.
  • Acknowledge that cryptocurrency is a volatile asset and its value can fluctuate. You understand that we are not responsible for any losses incurred due to market changes.


3. Payouts

Payouts of mined cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and Ethereum) will be sent to the wallet address you provide. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the wallet address is correct. We are not responsible for any lost funds due to an incorrect or invalid address.


4. Intellectual Property

The App, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BITXETH and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.


5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms of Service.


6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BITXETH, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App or inability to use the App.


7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
